Meditation is the need to today’s life. Every person is so involved and indulged in their regular machine type life that they forgot what they actually are. The origin is not found but the first teacher of Ascension Meditation is said to be Maharishi Sattishiva. He called it Ishaya’s Ascension.

There is no better proof than eating the cake. Whatever belief we hold about ourselves or this world, whatever stress may be clouding our vision, however much there is fear in our hearts, there is nothing that can keep us from experiencing who we are if we give Ascension a chance and experience it for what it is.
